Join us for an invigorating "Fitness on the Green" session in a safe, socially distanced setting immersed in nature. Weston resident and certified fitness trainer, Michelle Nickerson, will lead the group in stretch, strength, and cardio exercises. She will offer ways to modify the exercise techniques to accommodate varying levels of fitness. Come out and join the fun no matter where you are in your fitness journey! We will meet on the east side of the Town Green. Please wear appropriate fitness shoes and apparel, bring a workout/yoga mat, light weights if you have them, and your own water. There is a $15 participation fee which can be paid via cash, Zelle email@example.com, or Venmo @Michelle-Nickerson-5. If there is inclement weather this event will be cancelled (watch the WCL website for updates).
Ash Street Reservoir Parking Area
Join us for a friendly, socially distanced walk! We will meet at the main parking area of the Ash Street Reservoir and walk around the short reservoir extension toward Wellesley Street and back. This walk can also be categorized as easy/moderate in level of difficulty, but the surface may be uneven as it is a natural path. Alternating weeks we meet in front of Town Hall and walk down to the Rail Trail on Church Street and then back again. This 30-minute walk can be categorized as easy/moderate in level of difficulty and is on hard, flat surface.
